We check our inbox on a regular basis. Our lovely holiday cottages were custom built by local tradesmen in 2004 and stand side by side in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales village of Ingleton. A superb location for outdoor activities walking, climbing, cycling, touring and sightseeing Ingleton even has a heated outdoor swimming pool. Designed with comfort in mind all modern conviniences have been unobtrusively included to offer Holiday accommodation a cut above the rest. ![]() Attention to detail such as underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, double glazed windows, old oak beams, traditional cottage style doors and leather sofas all add to the ambience. Their prime location offers easy access to all the amenities Ingleton has to offer. A wide selection of small shops can be found on the doorstep, offering everything from newsagents, groceries, butchers, chemist, off licence, gift shops and specialist outdoor shops. INGLETON The picturesque Yorkshire village of Ingleton has been enticing visitors since the 18th century, ever since the imposing viaduct was constructed to provide an efficient railway service. The last train pulled out of Ingleton station some 30 years ago, but the popularity of Ingleton has never waned. Spectacular scenery and dramatic natural landscape is Ingleton biggest boast not only is there Englands longest show cave at White Scar but also the largest pot hole at Gaping Ghyll. A must for any visitor is a walk around the Norths finest series of Waterfalls.Ingleton Waterfalls Walk was a well kept secret until 1885 when the routes were made accessible and opened to the public. ![]() For those more adventurous, the Three Peaks provides good hardy walking, consisting of Ingleborough, Penyghent and Whernside. They are all over 2000ft and are within striking distance. ![]() Nearby are the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, the spectacular English Lake District and the unspoilt Trough of Bowland.
